Threading - eyebrow correction with a thread

Removing excess hair from the eyebrows and the area above the upper lip is not a new procedure. It is called trading and we will talk about how to perform it correctly now.

The very tradition of correcting eyebrows with threads came to us from ancient India. Since then, it has not changed much and is now actively used by eyebrows.

Principle of procedure

The technology of threading itself consists in strong pulling of the thread , forming a loop. The loop itself pounces on the hairs, which are pulled out in one sharp movement. For its implementation is used:

• cotton thread;
• Arabic thread;
• cosmetic nylon thread.

Synthetic thread should not be used - it is highly electrified and does not create the tension necessary for work. As for the silk thread , it is too smooth and constant slipping will not allow the procedure to be completed.

The length of the thread should be about half a meter. For each new procedure, a new piece of thread is used. This is necessary in order to avoid infection. But, if you ensure proper storage of the thread, then threading can be considered the safest eyebrow correction procedure in terms of hygiene.

Nevertheless, the eyebrow threading procedure cannot be called painless at all. True, as with plucking eyebrows, and with depilation with wax, irritation passes very quickly. That is, eyebrow correction with a thread can be performed even during a lunch break. Upon returning to the workplace, you will no longer have any redness or irritation.

Having tried a somewhat extravagant threading on yourself for the first time, you will almost immediately notice that the very structure of the hairs on the eyebrows begins to change - they become softer and much thinner. Eyebrow correction with a thread has other obvious advantages:

• the hair follicle is not damaged;
• the thread even removes fluff, which is difficult to remove with tweezers;
• does not injure the skin;
• can be used on sensitive skin;
• minimizes the risk of ingrown hairs.

When performing the procedure, it is worth noting that if there are a lot of hairs, then it is best to capture several hairs at once. By the way, please note that in order to perform eyebrow correction with a thread, you will need quite a bit - a mirror, nourishing cream, a few ice cubes, napkins and, directly, the thread itself.
