Eyebrows - waves

The wave of experiments with eyebrows continues! :) Before we had time to take a breath from the sensational trend of eyebrows-feathers, as it was replaced by a no less original style - eyebrows-waves!

Eyebrows, eyebrows, eyebrows... Some people leave this untouched, while others carefully pluck or style unruly hairs every day. We are already accustomed to seeing girls with thin, dark, thick, tattooed, sharp or rounded eyebrows. But life did not prepare me for the fact that one day wavy eyebrows will come into fashion! :) As we have already seen in the case of feather eyebrows, the virus of crazy beauty ideas is spreading through social networks at the speed of light! Now the most popular beauty bloggers assure us that we simply must shape our eyebrows into perfectly shaped wavy lines.

The first to post a photo of bizarre wavy eyebrows was makeup artist Jessica Brodersen. A couple of weeks ago, on her Instagram, she showed off makeup, with thick, wavy brows with a rounded tip, which were more due to a cosmetic pencil than the design of natural brow hairs.

Initially, Internet users gave this style of eyebrows a less romantic name - "worm-eyebrows" . And, to be honest, this name sounds very organic :) . But then, nevertheless, the hashtag #wawebrows won. A friend of mine described such non-primitive eyebrows as "the work of a make-up artist whose hands were shaking." Some makeup artists have gone further and added a sea-themed make-up to the wave eyebrows.

Once I caught myself thinking that this style reminds me of Squidward's eyebrows from the SpongeBob cartoon :)

Wavy eyebrows inspired not only girls, but also guys to change its shape. And it looks even more extraordinary:

Maybe I'm being too sarcastic about this trend! Although, frankly, such eyebrows could be a good decoration for Halloween, for example! So what could be worth holding off on promoting the trend until the end of October? :) And by the way, you can use such eyebrows as a distraction. Your eye makeup failed this morning, you want to hide behind dark glasses. And then we took it, drew such enchanting eyebrows and - oops, no one is looking into your eyes anymore, all the attention is on the eyebrows! :) Of course, this is a joke, but there is some truth in every joke. One thing is for sure, these eyebrows will not leave you unattended!

How to make wave eyebrows

First you need to powder the area of the eyebrows well, as well as the skin around. Next, smooth the eyebrows with a thin comb. Eyebrow waves are drawn/filled in exactly the same way as natural eyebrows, but instead of drawing it in a natural arc, you should deviate from the usual line by a couple of millimeters up and down, thereby forming a wavy line. You need to start from the natural growth line, and continue to the place of the usual tip of the eyebrow. In order to hide excess hairs, take a concealer and lightly tint it.

But be careful when trying to replicate the wavy brows of one of Instagram's beauty goddesses. As the girls themselves admit, in order to get an ideal and interesting picture, quite often they paint on their eyebrows using Photoshop. Therefore, do not be discouraged if the first time you fail to draw symmetrical "worms". But if you have an insane amount of patience, it's entirely possible to try this trend for yourself.

Eyebrows-waves are really a "new wave" in the design of eyebrows. But let's see if this beauty trend really takes root in everyday life, without the use of photo editors.
